La Galerie brasserie is a showcase for the land of the North and the culinary heritage of the Hauts-de-France region.
Here, the Chef cooks to the rhythm of the seasons, working short circuits with local producers. There's the famous Lucullus de Valenciennes, a genuine local specialty, which goes well with casseroles such as chuck steak like a Flemish carbonade, or seasonal vegetables. For dessert, the chocolate mousse with its hazelnut praline delights young and old alike. All that's left to do is enjoy this culinary and gustatory experience.
La Galerie also takes you on a voyage of discovery, serving traditional brasserie favourites such as the Chef's terrine, warm goat's cheese salad, duck breast and a delicious Madagascan vanilla mille-feuille...
There's something for every age, taste and occasion.
Also on the menu is a fine selection of meats from local producers.
For some, it will be a prepared beef tartare; for others, a magnificent Royal burger with beef from Hauts-de-France or beef picanha. Quality meat lovers are in for a treat.
