Starting in June, the City of Valenciennes invites you to celebrate the return of summer with its Thursday Picnic Parties. Get your baskets and tablecloths ready, and join us for a series of convivial outdoor evenings in the verdant setting of the Parc des Prix de Rome.

To kick off the summer season on Thursday June 4, 2026, don't miss the exceptional concert by Madame Swing. Let yourself be carried away by the lively rhythms for a memorable musical picnic.
Every Thursday in June, July and August, 7-10pm.
The perfect opportunity to get together with friends and family in a relaxed, festive atmosphere.
The City of Valenciennes reserves the right to cancel or shorten the event depending on weather conditions.
