Part 1 ? RAVIVER: Johann Pachelbel
The famous Canon, performed for the 220th anniversary of the composer's death. A work that has become universal.
Part 2 ? REINVENTING: Karl Jenkins
A complete performance of Palladio, a modern concerto grosso inspired by the Baroque style.
Soloists: Emmeline and Marie Fauvet: Emmeline and Marie Fauvet (violins).
Part 3 ? RESIST: Jean-Baptiste Pergolesi
The mythical Stabat Mater, a poignant work written in 1736, composed of 13 musical tableaux.
Soloists : Héloïse Poulet (soprano) and Nicolas Zielinski (countertenor).
