Tradition and Recollection : Procession and Mass of Saint Landelin at Crespin
On Sunday June 7, 2026, the commune of Crespin invites you to perpetuate a strong local tradition with the Procession and Mass in honor of Saint Landelin. Organized by the association "Les Amis de Saint Landelin", this event is a privileged moment of sharing and spiritual heritage in the heart of the Valenciennois region.
The event starts at 9:30 a.m. from the Fontaine Saint Landelin, on Avenue du Roy de Blicquy. Participants will then follow the traditional route to the Abbey, offering a historic and verdant setting for this celebration.
Open-air mass at the Abbey. In case of rain, mass will be celebrated in the church.
This event is supported by the Paroisse Sainte Maria Goretti du Hainaut (Diocese of Cambrai) and the town of Crespin, reflecting the region's attachment to its historical and religious figures.
