Ideally designed to accommodate up to 6 people, this warm 166 m² house offers the perfect balance between the rejuvenating calm of the countryside and proximity to the region's major cultural and economic centers. Your reservation includes : Energy charges (with heating regulated at 19°C) and pellets for the stove. Bed linen provided for all beds. Full cleaning at the end of your stay. Modern facilities for families and teleworkers The first floor opens onto a cosy living room with pellet stove, large 101 cm TV and fiber-optic Internet connection. The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob) is perfect for sharing meals. There's also a contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower and a laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises 3 spacious bedrooms. Each has two single beds that can be converted into a large double bed (180x190cm), adapting to all configurations (friends, colleagues or family). One of the bedrooms has a dedicated office space for telecommuting, so you can work in peace and quiet. Outside, you'll enjoy a magnificent 350m² enclosed garden with no overlooking, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for your summer evenings. Private parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.
