Meet Pascal, a true ode to beer

Drinking beer (in moderation) is great! Understanding it, discovering its history, its soul, how it’s made, is even better!

For epicurean moments, stop in at “Une bière à l’amer”, a small drinking boutique in the town center, offering a wide choice of local beers. Step through the door and meet Pascal, the passionate host at the helm of this atypical boutique. Spend a delightful moment tasting a beer carefully selected to suit your mood. A must for those wishing to savor local expertise in a friendly setting.

“Choping à la Bin’House”: a hoppy welcome to Saultain

The brewery offers a wide choice of beers, so there’s something for everyone. The atmosphere is very friendly – here, you can not only buy beer to take away, but also taste it on the spot, in the tasting room.
The staff are friendly and always ready to advise on the best beers to try or take away.

The beers are all made on the premises. Great originality in the recipes… complexity and a rare finesse. Triple fermentation…. All natural!

The brewmaster, original enough to mention, uses local products, hence the “saveurs en’or” label, from hops to malts…. A passionate brewer!

Ambliscade at La Cahute d’Amblise

La Cahute is a small “boutique restaurant-bar” located in the Amblise craft brewery in Crespin, in the Aunelle valley.

“L’Ambliscade” is a must on Thursdays: from 4pm onwards, come and taste your favorite beers (4 Amblises on draught and the whole range in bottle), accompanied by home-made snacks prepared by Lalie d’Amblise.

Reynald, brewer and owner of the Amblise brewery in Crespin, is passionate about beer. He was a cameraman in another life, but in 2017, he embarked on his brewing adventure. His micro-brewery takes its name from an ancient Hainaut forest. That’s why a forest animal is featured on every label in the Amblise beer range.

The Au Delà craft brewery is located in the heart of Valenciennes. It’s small and looks like a garage from the outside, but it’s 100% authentic! Don’t hesitate to come in and see for yourself!

The brewers are delighted to welcome you to their microbrewery. You can, of course, buy the beers produced on site. There’s something for every taste. From producer to customer, there’s no shorter circuit!
