Brasserie Terres et Traditions

Sylvain Delhaye, very attached to the traditions and the soil, gives the beer all its nobility. This artisan himself brews beers from local ingredients and creates beers with amazing flavors: "The Beers of the Ecaillon", a nod to the river "Ecaillon" which runs through the village of Quérénaing. On the production site, in the old sheepfold, you can discover the secrets of the design of different beers, and of course enjoy them (with moderation of course ...). The passage through the shop will allow you to leave with many emblematic products of the region: the potjevlesch, the Flemish carbonade, Flamiche with Maroilles, sausage with Speculoos, the traditional Flemish waffles, coffee with chicory, and well of other specialties. The little extra: organic apples and strawberries, organic seasonal fruits and vegetables, earth endive ... as well as Avesnois cheeses.
